DESIGN + PLANNING + COORDINATION

BOOK THIS IF you want the big one. Let's face it, your time is precious and it's just really lovely to have a team do all the hard work. This package is designed for clients who would like complete assistance in the design, full planning and execution/coordination of their wedding, while still enjoying all the "fun parts". This is for those who would like to be a part of the creative process, but have a professional handle all of the "work".

DESIGN + PARTIAL PLANNING + COORDINATION

BOOK THIS IF you need a partial planning, design and coordination package, which includes us creating the foundation for your wedding, from vendor selection, logistics and aesthetics design, to some happy hand-holding in between our first convo to the last hug from your wedding day. Couples who elect this package need help during the initial process, finalization and execution, however, can handle all communication with vendors in between.

PARTIAL PLANNING + COORDINATION

BOOK THIS IF you need a bit of partial planning and coordination of the day. Couples who elect this package need help creating a solid platform for their wedding planning and event execution, however are totally comfortable with, connecting, inquiring and working directly with their vendors during the process.

DESIGN

BOOK THIS IF you are a couple who is comfortable with planning, but need help with the overall design (logistics, aesthetics, food, entertainment) to add that extra element of an amazing experience for everyone present. This is perfect  for couples getting married at hotels or resorts, or have a turn-key venue.

A LA CARTE - OTHER EVENT SERVICES

We also happily offer the following services which may be booked separately or added on to any package.



  • GUIDANCE: Charged at an hourly rate or flat fee for those who need event consultation (items specific to event such as proposals, contracts, clients’ design ideas)  or design help.

  • PARTY PLANNING: Anniversaries, birthdays, bridal shower, bachelorette/bachelor, debuts, dinners, graduation, baby shower, etc.

  • BUDGET & VENDOR SHEET: Save time and energy. After a phone meeting discussing your wedding day style, you will receive a spending guideline (budget sheet) and a list of vendors to contact that will fall within your budget.

  • EVENT TIMELINE: Receive a professional, custom event timeline for distribution to your wedding party and vendors. Complete from the beginning to the end of the day.

  • CEREMONY OR RECEPTION LAYOUTS: Receive one custom layout of your ceremony or reception area that is “to-scale”, complete with a list of the furniture rental items that you will need for your wedding.

POP-UP WEDDINGS AND ELOPEMENTS

Created specifically for the couple who would like to have an intimate (yet fun) wedding. If you appreciate a bit of adventure and would like to dismiss tradition, our Pop-Up Wedding and Elopement Package is for you. A completely stress-free and easy way to get married, we'll handle everything and all you'll need to do is "pop-up!"
