ONE

Starts at $9000

BOOK THIS IF you want the big one. Let's face it, your time is precious and it's just really lovely to have a team do all the hard work. This package is designed for clients who would like complete assistance in the design, full planning and execution/coordination of their wedding, while still enjoying all the "fun parts". This is for those who would like to be a part of the creative process, but have a professional handle all of the "work".



Included in this package:



  • Overall wedding design, with complete feel and flow of your beautiful day (design meeting, design presentation - florals, decor, stationery, timelines, layouts - etc.)

  • Initial wedding Budget Allocation Sheet, based on your overall target budget

  • Upkeep/tracking of budget throughout planning process

  • Vendor recommendations based on your wedding style and budget

  • Selection of your wedding vendor team who will be the best fit for your budget and style

  • Communication with all vendors throughout planning process

  • Handling of appointments/itinerary creation for your vendor meetings

  • Use of our online wedding planning website for checklists, timeline, guest management, calendar, - etc.

  • Reminders for key events and due dates

  • Professional advice and etiquette tips

BOOK THIS IF you need a partial planning, design and coordination package, which includes us creating the foundation for your wedding, from vendor selection, logistics and aesthetics design, to some happy hand-holding in between our first convo to the last hug from your wedding day. Couples who elect this package need help during the initial process, finalization and execution, however, can handle all communication with vendors in between.

Included in this package:

  • Overall wedding design, with complete feel and flow of your beautiful day (design meeting, design board, suggestions on florals, decor, stationery, - etc.)

  • Initial wedding Budget Allocation Sheet, based on your overall target budget

  • A solid (fool-proof) foundation for your wedding planning

  • Vendor recommendations based on your budget

  • Pre-screening of vendors to ensure they are available on your wedding date

  • Use of our online wedding planning website for checklists, timeline, guest management, calendar, - etc.

  • A detailed timeline for your wedding party and vendors

  • Consulting and advice throughout planning process

  • Review of vendor proposals and contracts

  • A professional, “to-scale” reception layout

BOOK THIS IF you are a couple who is comfortable with wedding planning and the wedding day itself, but need help with the overall design (logistics, aesthetics, food, entertainment) to add that extra element of an amazing experience for everyone present. This is perfect  for couples getting married at hotels or resorts, or have a turn-key venue.

Included in this package:



  • An interim site walk-through/meeting to review your event logistics and layout

  • Overall wedding aesthetics, with complete feel and flow of your beautiful day (design meeting, design board, suggestions on florals, decor, stationery, - etc.)

  • Vendor recommendations

  • A professional, “to-scale” ceremony and reception layout

  • A detailed timeline for your wedding party and vendors

  •  Help with wedding rentals (review of your rentals, or help with determining appropriate order based on your wedding design, guest count, and menu)

  • An interim site walk-through/meeting to review and get inspired for your wedding design, layout and your logistics

  • An in depth design meeting

  • A design presentation

  • A final site walk-through to review your final event details and expectations

  •  Physical verification of all rentals on delivery day

  • Set-up/styling of décor (escort cards, seating cards/charts, programs, favors, gift table, welcome/guest book table, dessert table – etc.)

A LA CARTE

We also happily offer the following services which may be booked separately or added on to any package.



  • DESIGN ONLY: We will visit venue and create a wedding design based on "theme", your requests and budget, includes overall wedding "feel” and details of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. Suggestions for tablescapes (florals, place settings), stationery (invitations, escort cards, seating cards/charts), dining flow, entertainment, lighting and rental furniture. You will also receive a list of vendors to contact to achieve the wedding design.

  • GUIDANCE: Charged at an hourly rate or flat fee for those who need event consultation (items specific to event such as proposals, contracts, clients’ design ideas)  or design help.

  • PARTY PLANNING: Anniversaries, birthdays, bridal shower, bachelorette/bachelor, debuts, dinners, graduation, baby shower, etc.

  • CORPORATE PLANNING or FUNDRAISING EVENT: We have extensive background in corporate or fundraising events and would be happy to discuss your company's event so that you can relax and have a great time with everyone else! CLICK HERE FOR PRICING

  • A LA CARTE - BUDGET & VENDOR SHEET: Save time and energy. After a phone meeting discussing your wedding day style, you will receive a spending guideline (budget sheet) and a list of vendors to contact that will fall within your budget.

  • A LA CARTE - EVENT TIMELINE: Receive a professional, custom event timeline for distribution to your wedding party and vendors. Complete from the beginning to the end of the day.

  • A LA CARTE - CEREMONY OR RECEPTION LAYOUTS: Receive one custom layout of your ceremony or reception area that is “to-scale”, complete with a list of the furniture rental items that you will need for your wedding.

POP-UP WEDDINGS AND ELOPEMENTS

Created specifically for the couple who would like to have an intimate (yet fun) wedding. If you appreciate a bit of adventure and would like to dismiss tradition, our Pop-Up Wedding and Elopement Package is just for you. A completely stress-free and easy way to get married, we'll handle everything and all you'll need to do is "pop-up!"
