LE FESTIN MEANS "the feast" (pronounced: fɛstɛ̃) in French, because a wedding is more than just pretty things - it's one fabulous celebration. 

We understand that a great company runs with great employees. We also know that placing the creation of a corporate event on the shoulders of in-house employees take up time and money. We're here to help and we're here to give you a great party. Before weddings, our background began in planning everything from lovely corporate galas to multi-day team building/employee appreciation retreats for small to large companies.

FULL PLAN - CORPORATE EVENTS

Starts at $6500

FULL PLAN CORPORATE. This package is designed for clients who would like complete assistance in the design, full planning and execution/coordination of their event, while still having the final approval. 

Included in this package:



  • Creation of overall event design and logistics

  • Creation of event day timeline

  • Professional planning from start to finish

  • Event Budget Allocation Sheet, based on your overall target budget

  • Upkeep/tracking of budget throughout planning process

  • Vendor recommendations and pre-screening based on your event style and budget

  • Communication with all vendors throughout planning process

  • Handling of appointments/itinerary creation for any vendor meetings

  • Use of our online event planning software for checklists, timeline, guest management, design boards, calendar, - etc.

  • Reminders for key events and due dates (sending out invitations, payment of vendors – etc.)

  • Updates on event status throughout planning process, including budget tracking

  • An interim site walk-through/meeting to review your  logistics and layout

  • A final site walk-through, review of your event details and expectations, if requested

  • Input of event guests into our web based software

  • Tracking of event guest responses, if requested

  • Up to 3, 1-hour, in-person meetings

  • Physical verification of all rentals on delivery day

  • Management and coordination of event day

  • Set-up and break-down of decor 

  • Distribution of final vendor payments

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during business hours

  • Up to 12 hours on event day

  • Professional Event Coordinator and all necessary assistants on event day

PARTIAL PLAN - CORPORATE EVENTS

Starts at $5500

PARTIAL PLAN CORPORATE. This package is designed for clients who would like a solid foundation and assistance in the design and coordination of their event.

Included in this package:



  • Creation of overall event design and logistics

  • Creation of event day timeline

  • Event Budget Allocation Sheet, based on your overall target budget

  • Vendor recommendations and pre-screening based on your event style and budget

  • Initial communication with vendors to lay foundation of event needs 

  • Use of our online event planning software for checklists, timeline, guest management, design boards, calendar, - etc.

  • An interim site walk-through/meeting to review your  logistics and layout

  • Up to 3, 1-hour, in-person meetings

  • "Take Over" to finalize event with vendors 4 weeks prior to event

  • Physical verification of all rentals on delivery day

  • Management and coordination of event day

  • Set-up and break-down of decor 

  • Distribution of final vendor payments

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during business hours

  • Up to 12 hours on event day

  • Professional Event Coordinator and all necessary assistants on event day
